The Katipunan, Inc. is a fictional superhero team appearing in Philippine comic books published by Kathang Indio Studios. Created by Gener A. Pedriña, The Katipunan, Inc. is a group of superpowered beings sponsored by the Philippine Government and first appears in Sanduguan #1/2 (2007?). The team was first mentioned in Sanduguan Sanction.
The team was formed by Maestro Dimasalang with the help of Magadalo at the behest of the Department of Defense as direct response to the prolifiration of superpowered individuals.
